Adolscence is period from the age of 11 or 12 - 18 or 19 when our body goes into certain changes but in puberty it startes at tthe age of 11 or 12 or 13 and ends upto 45 - 50 years of age in female and im male it may last much longer.It is the period during which adolescents reach sexual maturity and become capable of reproduction.
