what is the difference between book review and critical analysis?
A book review is a kind of study of the text where you have to give every detail regarding the book’s content, style and good point in the summarised form. It is a form of literary criticism. Whereas in critical analysis the writer’s view on the text is expressed in order to augment the reader's understanding. The account is broken into parts and an evaluation is done on it. It contains both the negative and positive points regarding a particular book. It is a kind of scrutiny done on any piece of writing.
