what is the difference between enjoy and enjoys in singular and plural form

The word 'enjoy' is taken by plural pronouns or two nouns/pronouns joined by 'and'. For example:
  1. We enjoy going to Hella's concerts.
  2. The kids enjoy being on a roller coaster.
  3. Ram and Ramona enjoy summer afternoons at their farmhouse.
  4. She and her sister enjoy lazying in the swimming pool.
  5. I enjoy spending time with her. - this is an exception
