What is the difference between equal set and equivalent set

In a equal set, the elements of the sets are equal.
Example, A is ( 123 ), B is ( 213 ).
A is equal to B
In a equivalent set, the number of the elements of the sets are equal.
Example, A is ( 12345 ), B is ( 67890 ).
n(A) is 5, n(B) is 5.
