What is the difference between :-
#Girl's and Girls'
# boy's and boys'
What does the both apostrophe mean?

In 'Girl's' the apostrophe is written while referring to a single girl. For example: Alice father died. The girl's family was ruined. Here the apostrophe is used to signify the singular sense of the noun.
In 'Girls'', when the apostrophe comes after the s it refers to something that is meant exclusively for girls. For example: It is a girls' party. No boys are allowed. Here the apostrophe refers to the plural sense of the noun.
The same is applicable to boy's and boys'.
