Hypermetropia is far sightedness . The person with Hypermetropia can see distant objects clearly but cannot see near by objects clearly.
This can be corrected by convex lens.

Presbyopia; the person eyes with both Hypermetropia and myopia is known as presbyopia. This can be corrected by using bifocal lens which has both concave and convex.

Hyperopia is also called farsightedness, which occurs when people need to hold reading materials, like newspapers, magazines, at arm's length because the eyeballs of them are shorter than normal. Presbyopia is an age-related eye condition, usually over 40 years old, which means the elder people are unable to see nearby objects because the hardening of crystalline lens. Hence, you can wear corrective glasses or directly take an eye surgery to treat farsightedness. However, there is no way for treating presbyopia due to it is an aging symptom. But wear reading glasses are helpful for improving eye vision to read reading materials.
