Motivation refers to a process of inducing and stimulating an individual to act in certain manner. ​Financial and non financial incentives are offered to motivate the employees by the motivators. On the other hand, ​Leadership means influencing the behaviour of the employees in such a manner that they willingly work towards accomplishment of objectives. ​Autocratic, democratic and laissez-faire leadership styles are performed by leader to describe his role.
