What is the difference between Organising and Staffing?i am getting confuse

Organising, as the word suggests, is an art of getting things in a framework or a formula so that the whole organisation or firm works smoothly and there is no confusion. The very step to organise something is to make divisions, as its always easy to tackle a group of like minded people than a whole population. Further setting up coordination and getting the work done completes the organising process.
Staffing is organising staff. Its human resource management. How many workforce a company or an organisation requires, what kind of employees are required, when are they required, these are some questions answered by staffing.

organising means deciding the posts and their authority, responsibility and accountability, whereas staffing is the process of filling in those posts or positions with the appropriate or suitable staff or employees
