What is the difference between Padh aur doha

I cant tell u precisely but 
in a doha consists of 2 sentences. 

in the first part of the first sentence  -if u catch the normal matras like  ो े ि ु  u hav to count this as 1 and matras ौ ै  ी ू u hav to count them as 2 

in the first part the sum of matras should be thirteen (before that comma ) and in the second part the sum of matras will be 11 (after the comma ) 

for example 

1111       2  2              2 1           2             1 1            2  2         1 1 1 2 

रहिम        धागा            प्रेम           का      ,     मत           तोडो          चटकाया

and the same in the next line
