what is the difference between parasmai pad & atmaney pad

In  Parasmai  pad ,  the  verb  ends  in  e,  thi.....

For  example,  Ramaha  pathram [ newspaper]  patathi!

In  Athmaney  pad,  the  verb  ends  in  the,  ithe,  vandhe,  .....

For  example,  Bhakthaha  eeshwaram  vandhathe!

We  can  change  parasmai  pad  into  athmaney  pad,  but,  we  cannot  change  athmaney  pad  into  parasmai  pad.
