what is the difference between perpendicular lines & perpendicular bisector  ???????

 Hi!

A line l is said to be perpendicular to another line m, if the angle between l and m at the point of contact is 90°.
A line p is said to be perpendicular bisector of another line segment AB, if p is perpendicular to AB and p bisects AB.

Cheers!
