Adolescence is a period  of life, when the body undergoes several changes to attain reproductive maturity. During adolescence body achieves the capability to reproduce. Several distinct characters start to showing up in males and females.

On the other hand puberty is the process of physical changes by which child attains maturity as an adult and becomes able to reproduce sexually.
