what is the difference between strictly increasing and increasing and strictly decreasing and decreasing. pls explain using an example and not statements

strictly increasing mean it should not support equals statement
e.g.:
for f(x)=x3
f`(x)=3x​2
for increasing-
3x​2>=0
x2>=0
x belongs to real numbers
but for strictly increasing x2>0
x belongs to real numbers except 0 i.e. R-{0}
where R is set of real numbers
simarly for decreasinf there also equals not included in strictly decreasing
