Injection is not specific for any 

disease.

Vaccination is given to produce antibodies for specific disease.

Injection is given for the treatment of the disease.

 

Vaccination is done by giving injection to the recipient but all injections are not vaccination.

 Vaccine and injection is different as a vaccine is an injection for diseases like chicken pox and an injection is not a vaccine as it is used in common diseases like cold and cough.
