normal salts are formed mainly by the neutralization process between a strong acid and a strong base , whereas , acidic salts are formed by the neutrallization process between a strong acid and a weak base . there is another type of salts which are known as basic salts which is formed by the neutralization process between a a strong base and weak acid.
