It talkes about the tragedy of the beggar who went to a palace which stood just beside the lake is semmerwater and he(beggar)requested the king and queen to give him for drink and to feed hself but they refused him inspite of their such fate so the beggar was not given food and he went from there to a herdsman cottage where he was provided with food and then he thought that an enriched queen and king didn't gave him food but a common and financially meek person fulfilled his hunger and then he cursed the palace for its pride its proudness on itself that it will be semmerwater which would take revenge of that beggar for the orthodontic treatment which he suffered and now(in present)it lies fathol deep and only fishes pass through it.

This ballad tells us about the story of a beggar and its immensely powerful curse.what happens is the beggar reaches a palace(city)settled on the banks of the very deep lake.as he is Hungary he visits the King's tower and Queen's bower to ask for food but they cast him forth unfed(maybe thrown out of the castle)then he knocks the door of a herdman's cottage where he asks for the same and the herdman gives him a part of his oatcake and ale seeing this that , being rich the queen and king did not give him food but the herdman being an ordinary person fulfils his hunger thereforehe curses the city.

The poet tells the story of a magnificent place which was ruled by King and Queen.  This town was built around the Lake of Semmerwater.  Once a beggar came to the palace and was returned without food.
The beggar cursed the Kingdom of Semmerwater and it vanished forever without leaving any trace of existence.

The ballad of Semmerwater by Sir William Watson A ballad is poem or song which tells a story. So this is a story about a still lake, Semmerwater deep under where a king and queen's huge palace was built. It was very marvellous glimmering and twinkling with flashes of light and through the tiny holes of palace, the fishes passed.there was a needy beggar who was unable to walk and was aching. He asked the people in authority in the palace but they refused to fulfill his need and let him go with bare hands.

Legends often become a part of a country's history and are passed on from generation to generation in order to act as a moral. The legend of sewer water is that of a beggar, who was turned away from a prosperous city. The king and queen could not meet his simple request. He cursed the city- "Semmerwater rise, semmerwater sink, bury the town, all save the house where they gave me food and drink"

Antibodies (also known as Immunoglobulins) are proteins. They bind to any foreign organisms like viruses, bacteria, and fungus and further stimulate our immune system to release toxins that may kill these organisms. These are released by B- lymphocytes of the human body.?

An antibody is a Y-shaped structure comprising four polypeptides i.e. two heavy chains and two light chains. The structure is such so as to allow the antibodies to perform their dual functions of?antigen binding and mediation of biological activity.?
