I think your question is wrong if you mean "gender equality " then the answer might be this--
" gender equality can be defined as a sexual equality , in the state of equal areas of access to the resource and opportunities regarded regardless of changes including economic participation and decision making and the state of valuing the different behaviour aspirations and need equally regardless of gender" .
