What is the kreb cycle? It comes in the production of enrgy in humans

Kreb's cycle is a step in the cellular aerobic respiration. It is a series of chemical reactions that takes place in the breakdown of glucose to release energy,  It takes place in the mitochondria. Kreb's cycle is also known as citric acid cycle or tricarboxylic acid cycle. It results in the formation of carbon dioxide and ATPs.

The Krebs cycle, or citric acid cycle, is a part of cellular respiration. It is a series of chemical reactions used by all aerobic organisms to generate energy.

The Krebs cycle comes after the link reaction and provides the hydrogen and electrons needed for the electron transport chain. It takes place inside mitochondria.
