What is the meaning of living and non living things

Dear student, Living things may be defined as the things which posses the following characteristics : 1) Living things grow. 2) They breathe. 3) They reproduce 4) They show movement. Non-living things are things that can not grow, breathe, eat, speak, breathe are non-living things.Examples-Fan, TV , burger , computer ,etc. Thanks and Regards.
