Industries where investment in plant and machinery is more than Rs.5 crore but it does not exceed Rs. 10 crore in case of manufacturing sector falls under Medium Scale Industries.
In case of service sector, industries where investment in equipment is more than Rs.2 crore but it does not exceed Rs.5 crore falls under medium scale industries.
Maximum Capital Investment means capital is invested in such a way that it gives maximum return on investment.
