Discount on I/P means discount that a seller provides to the customer on the invoice price of goods. Invoice price is the billed value of goods. However, it is very difficult to come up with the meaning of NFS until and unless you would provide us the context where you read this. This is simply because, now a days every author follows his/her own style of presentation and starts making use of acronyms and abbreviations that suits him the best.
