WHAT IS THE PRINCIPLE OF THE ELECTRIC GENERATOR ???

An electrical generator is a device that converts mechanical energy to electrical energy, generally using electromagnetic induction. The reverse conversion of electrical energy into mechanical energy is done by a motor, and motors and generators have many similarities. The source of mechanical energy may be a reciprocating or turbine steam engine, water falling through a turbine or waterwheel, an internal combustion engine, a wind turbine, a hand crank, the sun or solar energy, compressed air or any other source of mechanical energy.

the principle of the electric generator is electro magnetic induction.

an electric generator works on the principle that when a straight condutor is moved in a magnetic field , then current is induced in a condutor

The principle of the Electric generator is Electromagnetic Induction. If  a coil is in motion in a magnetic field than a force will act on the coil due to which some current will be induced in the coil. In electric generator mechanical energy is converted into electrical energy

Electric generator works on the principle of converting Mechanical energy into electrical energy.

A generator forces electrons in the windings to flow through the external electrical circuit. It is somewhat analogous to a water pump, which creates a flow of water but does not create the water inside. The source of mechanical energy may be a reciprocating or turbine steam engine, water falling through a turbine or waterwheel, an internal combustion engine, a wind turbine, a hand crank, compressed air or any other source of mechanical energy.

An electric generator works on the principle of electro magnetic induction ie,when a conductor which is placed inside a magnetic field moves,an EMF will be induced in the conductor and moves through the conductor in the direction as specified by Fleming's right hand rule.
