What is the relation between peace and political stability?

Political stability means absence of violence, terrorism or other means of anarchy due to certain political scenario like excessive corruption or non cooperation amongst political parties etc. Apart from various other factors peace is an important factor that affects political stability in a country and vice versa. If there is no or little cases of violence or political anarchy prevailing in a country the country is then less prone to political instability . This statement prooved that peace is important factors that enhances political stability. On other hand when there is political stability in a state then the state can take its decisions more easily without any hassle and absence of riots and other forms of strikes makes the country peaceful and a good place for its citizens to live. So we can say from here that political stability is influenced by peace in an area and same is condition when we apply the reverse order.
