Female kangaroo bears a pouch on the front portion of the abdomen which has four nipples. The young ones in kangaroo are usually born before getting fully matured. Mother kangaroo carries her immature young ones inside that pouch to feed and raise them until they become prepared to survive outside the pouch. This is a very special feature about kangaroo which is never be found in any other animals in this world.
