what is the touch and stroke method

It is not 'TOUCH AND STROKE METHOD' It is 'touch stroke method' this method is like this:-If we rub any magnet to a iron,metal & any metals it would turn into magnets.But this not for permanent it is just for temperory time like 5 to 10 minutes.
