WHAT IS THE VALUE OF RYDBERG'S CONSTANT?? SOMEWHERE IT IS 109677 AND 2.18*10^-18 J...PLZ HELP ME FOR THIS CONFUSION

Dear student!

Rydberg Constant (RH) is a physical constant related with atomic spectra and first used in spectroscopy for the determination of values of hydrogen spectral series.

It was named after the Swedish physicist Johannes Rydberg.

Actually, the given values are the two values of this constant in two different parameters like , it has a value of 109677 cm-1 and 2.18 x 10-18 Joules.
One values is in cm and other is in joules.

Regards
