What is transparent, translucent and opaque?

Objects which allows light to pass through them completely are known as transparent objects. We can see clearly through these objects. e.g. water, glass etc. 

Objects which partially allows light to pass through them are called translucent objects. opaque 

Objects which does not allow light to pass through them are called opaque objects. e.g. wall, bucket etc.

dear griend chanakya                                                                                                                                                                                transparent is completly clear like aluminimum sheet , translucent when it is not so much clear like our bath room windows and frosted glass, opaque when nothing is clear at all like chapati book , our hand that's all !!

Transparent-when light passes through the objects easily then the object is called transparent 
eg glass
translucent- when light passes through certain objects partially the the object is said to be translucent
eg mist
Opaque -when light doesn't pass through objects at all
eg bricks wall
