what is your stand on people who consider women by their beauty and not by their strength and work?

Physical beauty is not everything. It is one's knowledge and works which makes them stand in society. Women these days are chasing sky with their achievements in every sector of society, be it law, sports, army, engineer, doctor or fashion industry.
Judging a woman with her physical beauty and not by her strength and work is very outdated thinking which should be changed as soon as possible. With this kind of thinking, society cannot grow. Women's empowerment is necessary for an advanced society.
