1 . CITIZEN HAVE RIGHT TO VOTE FREELY AND NOT UNDER PRESSURE .

2 . THE PRINCIPLE OF - ' ' ONE MAN, ONE VOTE, ONE VALUE ' ' HAS BEEN RECOGNISED .

3 . THE ELECTIONS ARE HELD FOR FREE AND FAIR .

4 . THE CANDIDATES CHOOSEN BY THE PEOPLES SHOULD BECOME THE LEADER ONLY .

5 . PEOPLE HAVE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE REPRESENTATIVES .

  2. there should be something to choose form. parties and candidates should be free to contest elections and should offer some real choice to the voters.
  3. the choice should be offered at regular intervals. elections must be conduct after every few years.
  4. the candidate preffered by the candidate should be get elected.
  5. elections should be conduct in a free and fair manner where people can choose as they really wish.
