 Conatct Forces - Frictional Force - friction acting between a moving body on the surface of the Earth.

Muscular force - The act oh holding a glass.

Non  Contact Forces - Magnetic Force - A magnet  attracts anothe magnetic object. Electrostatic force - A charged body attracts or repels another charged body. Gravitational force - always an apple falls downward due to the action of gravity.
