What revelations were made by carter on investigating king tut's coffins..?

British archaeologist Howard Carter discovered King Tut's tomb in Egypt in 1922. He found out that King Tut's mummy was covered with various jewellery items like bracelets, necklaces, pendants, earrings, finger rings, and amulets. He also found out that King Tut had three coffins. The innermost one was solid gold but the other two were made of wood. When he removed the lid of the outermost coffin, he found a linen shroud covered in olive, willow, and wild celery leaves, strips of papyrus with lotus petals and cornflowers. When he finally got to the innermost, solid-gold coffin, he found another linen shroud lying on top of the king's torso, surrounded by garland of beads, berries, flowers, and leaves.
