What's meant by the terms 'crop scheduling' and 'crop cafeteria'?

  1. Scheduling. Scheduling is an important part of greenhouse crop production. To successfully schedule a crop, a grower has to decide the week of the year that a crop will be marketed, and then work backwards to determine the date of seed sowing or planting (depending on the crop).
  2. Crop cafeteria is the demonstration of identified efficient crops in agro-metrological region offering an opportunity to the farmers to choose a  suitable crop.
