A head girl is a senior female student that represents a school. Some of the ideologies a head girl should follow are:

• The head girl should take the responsibility of the work that needs to be completed.
• She should be disciplined.
• She should behave fairly with everyone.
• She should refrain from favouritism and discrimination.
• She should set an example in front of all the students.
• If a head  girl wants that everyone should follow her then she should follow all the ideologies herself first.
• She should explain the benefits of having a disciplined life to her juniors
• She should be honest and be trustworthy so that everyone can trust her.
