What were the advantages and disadvantages of Nazi party for the people of Germany

Advantages:
a. Nazi party that emerged as the largest party in Germany in 1932-33, propagated the ideology of Nazism.
b. The party , based its programmes under the slogan One People, One Empire, One Leader, which created a sense of unification among the Germans.
c. The party under its massive propaganda and strong leadership of Hitler sought to avenge the wrong done to Germany under Treaty of Versailles.
d. The part created a strong government and brought about stability in the regime.
Disadvantages:
a The party paved the way for the establishment of a totalitarian state in Germany, dismantling all democratic structure.
b. Nazi party viewed communism and socialism as their greatest enemy. They considered Marxist ideology born out of a Jewish thought and needs to be discarded. For Nazis it was the ideology of National socialism was supreme that would help the Germans.
c. Nazi party sought to indoctrinate people and the youth of the country by controlling media, schools and entire education system which was aimed at glorifying Nazi ideology.
d. The party propagated racist ideology , It propaganda against the Jews with the Nazis's racial policy declaring Germans as pure Aryan race and considering Jews as undesirables.
