The colour of pH paper in lemon juice will be Orange and the corresponding pH value will be 2.2, while that of water, will be greenish blue and pH value will be 7.
The colour of pH paper and the corresponding pH value for dil HCl, dil CH3COOH, dil. NaOH and dil. Na2CO3 will depend upon the concentration of H+ (for acids) and concentration of OH- (for bases). The higher the concentration of H+ lower will be the pH value and colour will be towards red and higher the concentration of OH- higher will be the value of pH and colour will be towards blue.
