What will happen if the cartilage is replaced by bone at our nose tip?????

Nose is the protruded part of the face, so the nose is prone to get damaged due to this reason nose is made up of cartilage with no blood supply and nerves. But if we replace cartilage with bones then damage can cause excessive bleeding and pain. Once fractured becomes prone to fracture again.
