What will happen if the kidneys fail ???

Dear student, , Kidney's funtion is to filter blood. A person can live with one kidney because the kidney is still performing the funtion. Only one kidney is used if the first kidney fails. Dialysis and kidney transplantation are techniques that can help person to survive in case of kidney damage. Regards.
