what will happen if the outlet of condenser is connected to tap instead of low outlet

​​​​​​Condensation is the process of conversion of vapor state to liquid state that can occur when the T decreases. In case of condensation in a condenser,  if the outlet of condenser is connected to tap instead of low outlet then the condenser will not filled completely and in that case the cooling will be insufficient. 
                                                                          

Hence the process of condensation will not complete.
