Speed and torque are inversely proportional to each other.
So if we place high torque motor and high speed motor together in a toy car then it depends on motor power that which quantity will increase.
If high torque motor is more powerful than speed will decrease but it will be more than normal speed as high speed motor is there.
Similarly if high speed motor is more powerful than torque will decrease but it will be more than normal as there is high torque motor is attached.
If both motor have same power than it will not affect neither torque nor speed of the car.
