If there is no water vapour, Water Cycle will not complete. As a result of which there will be no formation of cloud and hence no rain.
The water vapour in atmosphere and their condensation makes every form of precipitation possible, which in turn makes the living of different forms of organisms possible. Water vapour also acts as absorber of outgoing terrestrial radiation possible helping earth to maintain its temperature, which is must for the survival of life on the earth.
