What would have happened if nature had not allowed the transformation of energy?

If nature had not allowed the transformation of energy then many of the process would not take place. Simply like, Cooking food which is transformation of electrical into thermal energy would not be possible. Transformation of energy stored in food into energy required by growth of an individual will not take place. Production of electricity by different sources of energy would not be possible. Even lighting matchstick would be impossible as it is transformation of heat energy into light energy.
