we can do the following
1. we should scare the police by saying that if my complaint is not taken seriously then i will log a complaint against u
2. we can log a complaint against the police in the newspaper.
3.we can call for a large number of people to protest against the police.
4. we can set up local posters about the situation.
5.we can log a case against the police.
