What would your reaction be to wood's despatch if you were an Indian living in India in the 1850s?

My reaction is feeling better than any other despatch because wooda despatch gives is learning the European style living . Although woods despatch neglected the Indian culture, trade and many other things. so I don't like this. Hope u r satisfied with this answer.
