when do we get an electric shock?

Dear Student! Rida,

If you touch a live wire, which provides a voltage of more than 50 V, an electrical current flows through your body, which shocks you. This is because, the electrons required for conduction comes out of atoms, lead to twitching of your muscles, leading to certain problems. (Your muscles are made up of atoms!). The worst an electric shock can do is death.

So, avoid electric shock as much possible.

Best wishes!!
