when the newton's disc is begun rotating it appears to be white but
if i mix all those colours present on the newton's disc why does it
appear to be black??can u plzz explain why??

the solution to the asked query:

When you mix all the colours one over the other then the surface
absorbs all the colours from the light that falls on it and hence
it cannot reflect back any colour Since, no light is reflected back
it appears to be black
