when the right ventricle the blood is taken to the lungs by the pulmonary arteries for _________
Dear Student
Oxygenation
Arteries are vessels which essentially carry blood from the heart to the organs. In case of pulmonary artery the blood is being carried from the heart to the lungs, but it happens to be deoxygenated blood. Vice versa, veins are vessels which carry blood into the heart and pulmonary vein is doing the same by bringing blood from the lungs into the heart, but it happens to be oxygenated.
