Hi,
Tumour is referred as malignant tumour when the neoplastic or tumour cells divide and grow rapidly, invading and damaging surrounding tissues and cells.
Such tumours also show the property of Metastasis, that is such cells have the capability to infect new organs of the body even after its removal from the already infected organ, this happens due to its passage into the blood.

Hope this helps!
