When we are studying why the secondary thoughts come into our mind?

Dear student,

According to various scientific studies, it is stated that a human brain can concentrate for maximum 40-45 minutes on a particular thing. Therefore, even if a person is studying studiously , there are chances that the person will lose concentration after 40-45 minutes. Therefore, it is important to take short breaks of 10-15 minutes after every 40-45 minutes. Otherwise it will lead to lack of concentration and lack of interest. Finally, secondary thoughts will come while studying.
Also,  if a person is doing multitasks while studying, then the person will not be able to concentrate, and it will lead to secondary thoughts.
Another factor is studying at biological prime time. Everyone has his/her prime time of the day when he/she can concentrate the maximum. During this time the person will have more focus and will power, and studying and concentrate becomes much easier.

Regards.
