Where and how cerebo spinal fluid made?

Dear Student, CSF or Cerebrospinal fluid is present inside the cavities of brain that provides Protection and nourishment to brain. It is formed by choroid plexus that is present in lateral ventricles (2 in number), 3rd ventricle and 4th ventricle. These ventricle are cavities in brain. It is derived from blood plasma but CSF is protein free and has a higher chloride level than plasma. Regards
