Where is water pressure greater, at a depth of 1 m in a large lake or at a depth of 2 m in a small pond? Explain.

The pressure of the water does not depend on the area of the surface of the water body. The pressure experienced at a depth in a water body only depends on the depth and not on the size of the water body as Pressure,$P = \rho gh$.
$\rho of water = 1000kg/m^3$
^{$g=9.8m/s^2$}
So, pressure at a depth of 1m will be ,
$P=1000\times 9.8\times 1$
Therefore $P= 9800 Pa$
Pressure at a depth of 2m will be 
$P=1000\times 9.8\times 2$
Therefore,$P = 19600 Pa$
​​​​​​Hence the pressure at 2m depth will be double than the pressure at 1 m depth.
